Description
Okatse Waterfall is one of the beautiful natural attractions of the Imereti region, located near the village of Zeda Gordi and surrounded by dense forests and rocky mountain gorges. The waterfall is formed by the Okatse River, which flows between limestone cliffs before descending into a deep gorge. The waterfall is particularly impressive after rainy periods, when the water flow becomes stronger. A visit to the waterfall can be combined with exploring Okatse Canyon, famous for its spectacular panoramic views, walking trails and viewing platforms. The area is an excellent destination for nature lovers, hikers and photographers looking for a peaceful and scenic part of western Georgia.
